I recently purchased a Gateway Laptop NV7915u and found that the Mouse does not work with Windows Media Center. The mouse works in all other programs, just not Windows Media Center. When I called Gateway's regular tech support, they indicated that their free support does not support this issue since they considered it to be a configuration issue. Even though I explained it was a brand new computer only 5 days old, they still won't help me. However, upon emailing Customer Service that I was going to return the computer, the replied and allowed me to speak with someone who could help me.
